In 2008, Cinébébé was founded by Viridiana Ferrière, a nursing student who brought her medical expertise to cinema by creating lifelike fake babies and accurate maternity props.​
Years later, special effects artist Julie—who met assistant director Justine on a film set in 2013—joined the story. In 2018, Julie took over Cinébébé, improving the realism and technical quality of the products.
Justine joined the team in 2020, using her production experience to bridge the workshop and clients’ real needs.
In 2022, Julie and Justine partnered to launch Studio Junon, expanding into new maternity and baby props and prosthetics for film and medical fields.
In 2026, Cinebaby London will be open, bringing their unique expertise to the UK market.
